Conference questions and registration support
Bruce Cohen provides general customer service for Regen Ag Weekend 2027. Contact him directly by email or phone for registration, payment, accessibility, or conference questions.
Who is the weekend for?
Experienced farmers, home gardeners, educators, students, and anyone interested in practical regenerative growing are welcome.
Where is the conference?
Saturday and Sunday sessions are at East Lyme High School, 30 Chesterfield Road, East Lyme, Connecticut.
How much is registration?
Registration is $40 USD per attendee, per conference day. Attending both Saturday and Sunday is $80 USD per attendee.
Are meals included?
No. Meals are optional and separate. Cafe Sol lunches are $15 USD each. Friday dinner is ordered and paid directly at the restaurant. Saturday dinner is $37 USD per person.
Is there a student opportunity?
Yes. High school and college students and farmers in training may apply to present at the Student Research Poster Session on Sunday, January 10 at 12 noon. The Students page includes the complete guidelines and Bruce Cohen's contact information.
What is the refund policy?
Conference registration, Cafe Sol lunches, Saturday dinner, and any conference shirts are refundable when a request is received before December 15, 2026. No refunds are available on or after December 15, including when a registered attendee does not attend. There is no alternate date if the event is cancelled; in that event, money collected will be donated to charities focused on food insecurity.
