How we use conference information

Information we collect

Registration and meal forms may collect purchaser and attendee names, email addresses, town and state, organizations, conference-day selections, meal choices, dietary or allergy notes, complimentary-registration status, payment status, and registration identifiers. Student poster-session information may also be collected when it is submitted.

How the information is used

We use this information to process registrations and payments, manage attendance and meal capacity, prepare check-in and meal lists, administer refunds, respond to questions, and send important conference information.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments through its secure hosted checkout; this conference website does not collect or store card numbers. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, and Stripe may offer supported digital wallets. Charges will appear on card statements as REGEN AG WEEKEND. Registration records may be maintained in secure Google Sheets for authorized conference organizers. Constant Contact may be used to send registration-related conference updates and reminders.

Email preferences

Operational messages about a registration, payment, schedule, deadline, weather issue, or cancellation may be sent as needed. Registrants will not be added to unrelated promotional mailing lists without their permission, and Constant Contact messages will include the available preference or unsubscribe controls.

Sharing, access, and retention

The East Lyme Giving Garden does not sell conference registration information. Access is limited to authorized organizers and service providers supporting the conference. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for conference administration, financial recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
