Bruce Cohen, PhD, spent 34 years in oncology research and development before becoming a farmer, raising livestock, and tending his own 800-square-foot garden. He joined the East Lyme Giving Garden six years ago and developed a new passion for integrating his scientific training with regenerative growing methods to connect healthy soil, healthy plants, and good health. He is currently president of the East Lyme Giving Garden and is committed to fighting food insecurity within the community.
