Ordering deadline

Lunch, Saturday group dinner buffet, and conference-shirt orders must be placed by December 15, 2026. Meal ordering may close earlier if capacity is reached.

Refund requests

Conference registration fees, Café Sol lunches, the Saturday group dinner buffet, and any conference shirts are refundable when a refund request is received before December 15, 2026. Requests should be sent to Bruce.Cohen@EastLymeGivingGarden.org or made by calling (860) 460-8052.

No refunds are available on or after December 15, 2026. A registered attendee who does not attend the conference is not eligible for a refund.

Complimentary registration codes

Eligible presenters, students and volunteers will receive a nontransferable code provided by the East Lyme Giving Garden. The code covers conference admission, Café Sol lunches, and the Saturday group dinner buffet, if they choose to attend. Conference shirts are not included. Eligible participants must use the code when they register for the conference and any meals; participation will be verified when registration is completed.

If the conference is cancelled

There is no alternate or rescheduled date if the conference must be cancelled because of weather or any other reason. If the conference is cancelled, all money collected will be donated to organizations focused on food insecurity.
