3. Complimentary registration code

Complimentary codes are limited to participants whom the East Lyme Giving Garden confirms as eligible and may not be transferred. Presenter codes cover conference admission, Cafe Sol lunches, and the Saturday dinner buffet. Student and volunteer codes cover conference admission and Cafe Sol lunches; Saturday dinner is not included. Actual codes are supplied directly to eligible participants and are verified when registration is saved.

4. Refund, cancellation, and data-use policiesI have reviewed and agree to the conference refund and cancellation policy, including the December 15 refund-request deadline and the policy for event cancellation. Read the complete refund policy.

Registration information is used to administer the conference and may be processed by Stripe, Google Sheets, and Constant Contact as described in our privacy and data-use notice.

Payment information

Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, are accepted. Stripe may also offer Apple Pay or Google Pay when supported by the customer’s device and browser.

Payment is processed through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout; this conference site never collects or stores card details. Charges will appear on card statements as REGEN AG WEEKEND.
