Koralee Lawrence has gardened since childhood. Her education in the Bioscience Environmental Technology program at Ella T. Grasso Technical High School deepened that passion, and her work alongside Craig Floyd at the Giving Garden at Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center accelerated her drive to grow nutrient-dense food. Koralee sees growing food as a way to give back to current and future generations. She teaches volunteers, students, and interns better ways to farm and connects food, community health, and care for the planet.
